Arventia invests its own money in partnership with entrepreneurs, acting as General Partner.
Our investors are VHNW entrepreneurs’ family offices, our Partners in Arventia S.p.A. and/or the Arventia Industria investment agreement (AH-IND).
We ensure clear guidance in ownership and management. Depending on the invested company’s business plan and situation, we may act as General Partner and/or allow co-investors to share interest in a specific company through our standard SPV governance. When this happen, we invest through an SPV managed by us, where Limited Partners (“Qualified Investors”) meet precise requirements and priorities (value creation potential for the invested company). Our LPs’ requirements and co-investment rights are ruled in our (EVCA-code compliant) governance, preventing potential conflict of interest.
Tier One Institutional Cluster (TOIC) is composed of 4 institutions which have been already investors in companies we hold/held, have demonstrated to be reliable and to have a real long term horizon. In specific cases, investment by entities not part of TOIC may result appropriate; when this happen, we always ensure lining up of interests is in place.
