Our Team consists of our Operating Partners. OPs hold experience in specific industries and complementary professional profiles; they are top executives (c.e.o., c.o.o., c.m.o. and c.f.o.) in charge of companies in which we hold/held interests, or managers with proven knowledge in Arventia’s sectors of interest. Usually, OPs are also investors in our portfolio companies.
Arventia Group‘s General Partner is MCP S.r.l. (“MCP”), a private family office acting as investor in (and GP for) Arventia S.p.A., Arventia Industria (“AH-IND”) and portfolio companies (see “Our Investors“). Arventia S.p.A. is an investment company part of AH-IND, an investment agreement between family offices and entrepreneurs. The MCP Group owns interests in healthcare, medical devices and mechanical engineering (see Our Investments); it is also active in strategy&operational services through AR&Associati, private office services through MidCapitalPartners Srl and investment advisory services through Bayes Investments Ltd (www.bayesinvestments.com).
