Our (founder’s) Track Record, spans in a timeframe exceeding 25 years. It has been assessed in 2011 by one of the “Big Four”. The TR includes companies managed directly and/or as responsible of management teams with specific industry or geographical focus. It is diversified across industries and includes consumer goods (i.e. food&beverage, cosmetic, luxury accessories, devices), services (i.e. healthcare, ITC, logistics, consumer services) and investment equipments (i.e. engineering, plants&machinery, mechanical components, devices). The Size of the portfolio companies (enterprise value) spans from less than one million to one billion Euro with a concentration on medium size (in the 30 to 100 million range). Investment categories include seed, early stage, growth, buy-out, underperforming operations and turnaround. Most of investments have been realized in Europe with some operation in Asia, Australia and the Americas. Returns, in term of IRR and Money Multiple “cash on cash”, have significantly exceeded the average Private Equity Industry as indicated in PWC reports for the 2001-2010 period (indicating a 21.1% yearly pooled irr on realized investments) and for the 1989-2010 period (27.2% yearly pooled IRR on realized investments).
